Dead Island has dodged hoardes of Left 4 Dead comparisons, bucket loads of bugs and hipster douches pissed off because it ain?t original enough too come out on top with a bucket load of great reviews.

We could close up with the usual ?teh revieworz suxs? rant as we are all huge Dead Island fanboys, but the lingering thought of ?what if the game wasn?t rushed out to release with more bugs than a craigslist hooker?? Would the first open world rpg zombie slaying co-op have made a bigger dint in gaming industry if it was released bug free and polished?
