The design and development of educational technology(ET) training materials for K12 teachers is an important part of training of ET, which plays an important role in the process of the entire training, so its importance is undoubted. Based on the development of K12 teachers Education Technology capacity and classroom teaching innovation, The study comes from relative researches on home and abroad, focuses on K12 teachers in the development of training materials technical capacity research and application. The paper mainly contains four parts: introduction of background knowledge, development of pattern, development of training materials and teaching real diagnosis.In the first section, the author mainly elaborates the purpose, questions and the major theoretical principles of the research. In the sub-section of introduction, the author addresses the origin, the status quo of the ET training for K12 teachers, and analyzes the possibility of building a demonstration model of the development of training materials.In the second section, based on the curriculum development theory and the theory of adult education, the author sums up the model of primary and secondary education teacher training materials technical capacity development and gives a detailed analysis on each part of the model .by analyzing literature and the author?s experience of developing training materials .In the third section, the author mainly elaborates the process of develop Interaction Whiteboard materials according to the model.In the teaching real diagnosis section, the author applies the Whiteboard materials in training practice ,analyzes the effect and sum empirical data obtained cable, case and experience. In the final chapter, the author reflects the shortcomings and flaws, and looks forward to the improvement in the following study.The findings indicates that applying the training materials development model is good for guiding the actual development of a primary and secondary school teachers? training materials. It has a certain reference on the explration of K12 teachers Education Technology capacity and teachers professional development
